Apparently...Rod was not all that dirty. He actually has a yellow tint as you can see. Don't know if thats good or bad.

- I am a 42 year old woman that is about as happy and content as one person can be. My husband of 21 years and our 15 year old daughter live on five and a half acres out in the country. We moved from the city four years ago and never looked back. I homeschool our daughter. We also love our animals. Our daughter has a miniature horse and two rabbits. We also have a border collie, two cats (again), two pot belly pigs, four peafowl, three emus, 2 llamas and an undetermined number of chickens, lets just say ohhh about 200. I have many breeds, from layers to fancy chickens. I love poultry shows, I love fowl in general as I have come to find out through having more than just chickens. Chickens will always be my first love though. I do show some of my birds occasionally.

Those are some really cool lookin' chickens. I need to get some for my cousin. They have a huge horse farm down home. Course, they'd probably kill me as the mares are all due......

He is pretty. I can see the little bit of yellow. I am trying to get a video of my yellow canary while he is singing. He is too funny! I got him very young before he knew how to sing. He learned to sing like my phone ringing. I had to buy new phones because I was always running for the ringing phone when it was Toby.

so, how hard did you scrub before you decided Rod's yellow was natural, and not dirt? lol
They are just gorgeous!! LOL, on the yellow tint...glad you stopped scrubbing & realized it wasn't going to get any whiter!
