"Hey...hey you out there...how about giving a bird a hand here...I am ready to fly this coop!" says Louise.
Thelma seems distracted by something on the cage floor...hmmm...I dont know how she can see anything, let alone something on the cage floor...lol.

The silkies are judged in categories of color. There were some blacks, buffs, and the whites there. There are usually more whites, but this time it was just my two girls and one roo.
With a choice of three, the judges put Thelma in first place, Louise in second place, and the roo of someone elses in third. Thelma won best variety of the three. So good marks for them.
I was trying to take some pictures of them at home...before they got dirty...once again, the weather was not at all cooperative as I mentioned. Today is not any better. You wouldnt believe the WIND we are having. Sounds like we are going to blow away today!

They are beautiful. Glad that you won on them. It's windy here too and quite cold. Helen
They are beautiful, they look like toys! Oh I could just pick them up and give them a hug!!!! You say they wouldn't do well over the winter my area right? I would love to have a pair. Congratulations on your win!!
