Wish I were able to go to that chicken show then I could meet you. Hope you bring home some ribbons. By the time I do, there's so many more so I delete the ones by the same author and read them, and for the ones who haven't reposted I keep them too. Shortens the amount in my inbox and I don't feel too overwhelmed. Otherwise, I'd never get through it all. Don't have time to read two hundred alerts.

Glad you're back online. It was on wood and the rooster was made of all kinds and colors of beans and I don't remember what else. when she got tired of it she gave it to me. After a few years one of her daughters wanted it so I gave it to her. From there I don't know where it went but it was unusual and pretty. I ask this because I know you have a problem with the meat industry and how they treat fowl before they are sent to slaughter. I wish I could raise my own meat but I would become attached and they would be uncooked meat. ;) At least that way I would know they had a really good life before they were deep fried. I manage to eat chicken by telling myself they were all gawd awful mean roosters previously. ;)
JamieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346541680353596225.post-43126244596297604892008-02-09T19:12:00.000-08:002008-02-09T19:12:00.000-08:00That recipe does sound really good!
